Family Coaching
For families who love deeply yet somehow keep misunderstanding each other
Every family develops its own language and rhythm.
When this pattern starts to widen through miscommunication, conflict, disconnection, a significant life change, or the presence of neurodivergent dynamics that the family has never had the tools to navigate; the entire family system feels it.
Family coaching requires the entire family to participate, not to assign blame, but to build a shared understanding of how each person in the family experiences the same home.
This work is most commonly sought by families navigating neurodivergent dynamics where one or more members processes the world, communication and relationships differently, while the rest of the family is struggling to find common ground without feeling like they are constantly getting it wrong.
Family coaching is also sought by families in transition: after separation, blending two new families, loss, or any period of sustained conflict that has left family members exhausted and further apart than they want to be.
The sessions are structured, safe and grounded in both the research and the practical reality of how families actually function under pressure.
Family coaching is not family therapy. It does not require a clinical diagnosis or a crisis to begin.
It simply requires that the people in your family are willing to show up honestly and work toward something better together. I facilitate the process but the change is built by the people in the room for realistic, sustainable habits to pursue at home.
The families that grow strongest are the ones that learn to live & struggle together; honestly, respectfully and with someone who knows how to hold the space.
