About Swas

A real human being. Not AI. I promise.

I'm a business consultant, facilitator and life coach with a PhD in Business Science and twenty years across retail, commercial strategy, P&L and sales leadership. But the credentials are not the point. The way I read people is.

Why this work exists

Everything I am came from somewhere.

Skool4Business exists because organisations keep hiring brilliant people, then creating conditions where they cannot think clearly, speak honestly or grow.

Skool4Parents exists because we are expected to be the most important educators our children will ever have, with almost no preparation for it.

I am not just a motivational speaker. I am not just a life coach. I am a business scientist, a commercial strategist, a marketer, a qualified facilitator, a certified neuroscience coach, a certified grief coach, a parent, and a person who understands the human inside professional spaces.

Where it started

I learned to lead systems before I learned to lead people

My analytical skills developed within businesses specialising in strategy, commercial operations, new business development and the disruption of outdated norms. The kind of work where you are measured on numbers, and numbers do not lie. I have a PhD in Business Science and a Masters in Marketing. I have run P&L accounts, led sales teams, built commercial strategies and opened new markets.

Retail taught me something irreplaceable: intense pressure, volatility and how to observe human behaviour at scale. What people buy. When they stop. What makes them stay loyal, and what makes them leave without a word. That commercial rigour is still in everything I do.

"I bring two decades of reading organisational data, markets & people. AI can model the data. It cannot read or feel what's off- that's my expertise"

Surviving the dark nights

Grief taught me things no qualification ever could.

There is something in the way loss disrupts people, the way it dismantles the self and forces a reckoning. I had personal reasons to study it, then challenge and create new understandings around it.  Divorce, the death of a sibling, the loss of both parents; I know what it is to grieve while still having to show up, for my children, for clients, for the work. I know what it costs to keep going when the going is genuinely hard.

It propelled me from a victim mindset.

I do not share this to perform vulnerability. I share it because it is the source of something no training can manufacture: the ability to sit with someone in the hard place, and not try to move them out of it too quickly.

I wrote my way through the loss of my father during the peak of COVID. That memoir, A Father's Daughter, is now an internationally published account of grief, identity and healing. Everything I teach, I have lived. That is why it works, and why I can sit with you in your hardest seasons without flinching.

What makes me qualified to lead

The work behind the work.
